Want us to build the packet?
We build the packet and you review it — nothing is submitted without your approval; today you submit it in Stripe yourself. Our fee is 20% of what you recover, charged only if you win. If you lose or we decline, our fee is $0. Stripe's own dispute fees are separate. We need your case at least 4 days (96 hours) before the evidence due-by date; when we have that, the packet is delivered at least 72 hours before your deadline. We decline a case before any work starts if it's outside what we handle (digital goods sold on your own Stripe account), if fewer than 96 hours remain before Stripe's due-by, if your answers or records show the customer is right, or if a required item on your checklist is still missing once we have sorted your files. We always tell you exactly why and what would change the answer. If we decline, our fee is $0.
Starting a case takes a sign-in link to your email — no password. The case form asks for the same details as this summary, so keep it handy:
Your due-by date is less than 4 days (96 hours) away. That is too close for us to build, check, and hand you a packet with time to review it, so we decline cases this close rather than gamble with a deadline that loses the dispute automatically if it's missed. You can still answer it yourself before the due-by date — the guide for your category lists what to include, and the summary below shows what you have.
Think the date was entered wrong? We decline every case inside 96 hours — only write to us if the real due-by date is later than what you entered: Ask anyway
The due-by date you entered has already passed. Once Stripe's evidence due-by date has passed, Stripe no longer accepts evidence for that dispute, so there is nothing left to submit — by you or by us — and no case to start.
If the date you entered is wrong, open the dispute on its Stripe dispute page (Payments → Disputes), check the evidence due-by date shown there, and run the checker again with that date.
We'd decline this dispute, so there's no case to start with us — and nothing to pay anyone for. The fix is in your payment setup or the customer's bank details; the guide explains what to do.
Enter Stripe's evidence due-by date above to see whether there's time for us to build your packet. We need your case at least 4 days (96 hours) before it.
Never send us passwords, Stripe secret or restricted API keys, bank login details, or full card numbers. We check file names, form fields and the contents of text files (.csv, .txt, .eml), and we block anything that looks like one — it isn't stored, and we tell you what to remove. PDFs, images and zip files aren't checked automatically, so look them over before you upload. We work from exports only, and the case page lists exactly what to upload. Prefer to read up first?
