Your Stripe dispute evidence, assembled from your own records — and checked and signed off by a person before you see it. Nothing is submitted without your approval. Our fee is charged only if you win.
A Stripe dispute landed on a course, a coaching program, or another high-ticket digital sale — and the evidence to answer it is in your own records. ChargebackDesk is a concierge evidence service for sellers of high-ticket digital products who take payment on their own Stripe account: we assemble the complete, submission-ready evidence packet from your logs, license records, and emails, and before it reaches you a person reads it against your source files and signs it off. You review it, and nothing is submitted without your approval — today you submit it in Stripe yourself. Your account, your dispute, your decision. No tracking numbers, no shipping labels — digital products leave different footprints, and those footprints are the evidence.
Our fee is 20% of what you recover, charged only if you win. If you lose or we decline, our fee is $0. Stripe's own dispute fees are separate. No minimum, no maximum. Pricing details
1. Check the dispute → 2. Send the records you have — we sort them and name anything required that's missing → 3. Review your finished packet — nothing is submitted without your approval
The checker takes about two minutes and tells you exactly which evidence your dispute is missing — no signup, no email required.
A new service, stated plainly
ChargebackDesk is a new service, and your dispute could be one of the first cases we take. Because we're new, we are not going to show you logos, testimonials, or win statistics — we don't have a track record to show you yet, and anyone who does show you a win rate for a service this new is making it up. What we can show you is the work itself: a complete sample packet, the exact checklists we apply to every case, and a free checker that grades your evidence before you commit to anything.
Our one promise: if the evidence isn't in your records, we refuse the case and tell you what's missing — we never invent, reconstruct, or "improve" evidence. A refused case costs you nothing.

Who this is for
Built for sellers of high-ticket digital products — where one dispute is worth real money and the sales page, the delivery, and the buyer's own activity are all on record.
Online course creators
Lesson completions, login history, and worksheet downloads answer the most common claims — "I never used it," "that's not my charge" — with the buyer's own activity records.
Coaching and high-ticket programs
Booking confirmations, session attendance, delivered materials, and the program description as it appeared at checkout are what "not as described" and "never received" disputes turn on.
Software, SaaS & plugin sellers
License activations, login timestamps, usage records, and the cancellation policy as it appeared at signup show the software was delivered and in use — the digital equivalent of a delivery scan.
Digital goods only, paid through your own Stripe account. If a platform or marketplace took the payment as merchant of record (for example Gumroad, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or an app store), the dispute belongs to that platform and only it can answer — we can't take the case. If you ship physical products, this service is not built for you.
How the concierge service works
You export your records
From your Stripe dashboard and your platform (course platform, licensing server, app logs), you send us the dispute record, the receipt, and your delivery/usage logs. We never ask for your password or your secret API key — today the service works from exports only. Our intake page lists exactly what to send, and what we will never ask for.
We assemble the packet
A human-checked packet: a short factual narrative, an evidence index where every exhibit names its source, the exhibits themselves, and a "what is NOT included — and why" section. Every packet is checked against the minimum-evidence checklist for its dispute category. If your records don't meet the minimum, we refuse the case, name the missing item, and charge nothing.
You review and approve
When we have your case at least 4 days (96 hours) before Stripe's evidence due-by date, the packet arrives at least 72 hours before that deadline. Inside 96 hours we decline rather than gamble with a deadline that loses the dispute automatically if it's missed. Nothing is submitted without your approval: on today's exports-only service, you confirm the facts match your records, submit in your own Stripe dashboard, and send us the confirmation. Deadlines are the product: a missed deadline is a lost dispute, so every packet carries its deadline on the cover.
Pricing
What you pay
Our fee is 20% of what you recover, charged only if you win. If you lose or we decline, our fee is $0. Stripe's own dispute fees are separate. No minimum, no maximum. Our fee is also $0 on disputes you handled yourself. No setup fee, no subscription, no per-alert fees, no monthly minimums. We invoice when the recovery lands, and invoices are due 14 days after issue (service agreement §2).
We do not guarantee outcomes. Issuers decide disputes, and honest packets sometimes lose. What we promise is the work: sourced evidence and complete threads, delivered at least 72 hours before the deadline when we get the case at least 4 days (96 hours) ahead — or a refusal that tells you exactly why.
See the actual product
The packet is the product, so here it is. This is a complete worked example — a course creator answering a $297 "fraudulent" dispute — with every name and record fabricated and watermarked as a sample. Real packets follow the same structure, built only from the merchant's own exports.
Guides: answering a Stripe dispute, category by category
What each dispute reason means, what evidence issuers actually weigh, and the mistakes that lose winnable cases.
- Fraudulent — "the cardholder says they didn't authorize it"
- Subscription canceled — "I canceled and you charged me anyway"
- Product not received — "I paid and got nothing"
- Product unacceptable — "it wasn't as described / it was defective"
- Unrecognized — "I don't know what this charge is"
- Credit not processed — "you promised a refund I never got"
- General — bank-side and bucket reasons, and which ones can't be fought

For bookkeepers, accountants & agencies
If your digital-goods clients take disputes on their own Stripe accounts, ask us about a dispute health check: your client exports their Stripe dispute list themselves (no logins or API keys), and we review each dispute against the same minimum-evidence checklists behind the free checker — what was lost, what was never contested, and which open disputes are still fightable before their deadlines.
If a client engages us for packets, our standard fee is the only fee they pay: "Our fee is 20% of what you recover, charged only if you win. If you lose or we decline, our fee is $0. Stripe's own dispute fees are separate." Terms for working with firms — including report format and any referral arrangement — are available on request; nothing beyond this page is offered until it is agreed in writing.
Got a dispute right now?
Don't start by paying anyone. Run your dispute through the free checker first — it applies the same minimum-evidence checklists we use, shows you what you're missing, and flags how much time you have left.
